Garbage & Waste To keep the property pristine, please place all trash inside the receptacle bins located along the back driveway area. Please note the laundry is shared between both unit guests. 9-Beach towels are provided and located in the laundry room along with a beach blanket. Please we just ask that each guest after use washes and dries the towels and places the beach blanket back in laundry room for all to enjoy. There is also a beach bag that doubles as a cooler to be able to carry all you need! Long-Stay Policy (28+ Nights): For stays of 28 nights or longer, a supplemental cleaning fee (equal to the initial cleaning fee) is required to maintain the unit's high standards. A request for this payment will be sent via the Airbnb Resolution Center 10 days after your check-in.

South Florida Climate & Pest Notice Please note that South Florida’s tropical climate means that insects and mosquitoes are common year-round, especially during the rainy season, which typically runs from May through October. Even with regular preventative measures, it is normal to occasionally see bugs or mosquitoes in outdoor areas and, at times, indoors when doors are frequently opened. To provide the best possible guest experience, the property receives professional monthly pest control service, and the home is also treated between guest stays for added preventative coverage. We ask guests to help minimize insects by keeping doors and windows closed whenever possible. If you experience any pest-related concerns during your stay, please notify us right away. We will promptly coordinate our pest control provider and/or cleaning team to address the issue as quickly as possible. Mosquitoes are especially common throughout South Florida due to the warm, humid climate and nearby water sources, so we recommend guests bring or use insect repellent when spending time outdoors, particularly in the evenings.
