Even with regular preventative measures, it is normal to occasionally see bugs or mosquitoes in outdoor areas and, at times, indoors when doors are frequently opened. To provide the best possible guest experience, the property receives professional monthly pest control service, and the home is also treated between guest stays for added preventative coverage. We ask guests to help minimize insects by keeping doors and windows closed whenever possible. If you experience any pest-related concerns during your stay, please notify us right away. We will promptly coordinate our pest control provider and/or cleaning team to address the issue as quickly as possible. Mosquitoes are especially common throughout South Florida due to the warm, humid climate and nearby water sources, so we recommend guests bring or use insect repellent when spending time outdoors, particularly in the evenings.
