Outfitted with modern stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, and small appliances (like a toaster, blender, and coffee maker), it’s ready for you to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner. The open-plan living area includes a pull-out couch with a full-size bed, making the apartment suitable for up to four guests. Smart TV and fast WiFi are provided to keep you connected and entertained. Outside, enjoy our inviting shared lounge area, where guests can gather, relax, and take in the Florida sunshine. While the lounge and outdoor amenities are shared with other guests on the property, you’ll have full private access to your upstairs apartment. Please note: we provide a starter set of essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags. Guests may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays. Our home is warm, welcoming, and designed for guests who value comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. 1- No smoking allowed in units. $500 fee will Be charged if guest breaks rule to have unit sanitized. 2- No parties or additional guest allowed other than stated on reservation. If rule is violated, $500 fee will be charged and reservation will be cancelled without any reimbursement. 3- BBQ Grill is provided for guest use. Please make sure it is cleaned and covered after every use. Wait until after it has cool down to place cover back on grill. A tank is provided, if it runs out you can refill at any local grocery store or gas station and exchange for a new one. 4- No pets allowed without prior approval. ADDITIONAL PET FEE $150 . If guest violates rule a $500 VIOLATION fee will be charged and reservation can be cancelled without any reimbursement. 5- laundry facility is to the left of the building and accessible anytime . Please note the laundry is shared between both unit guests. Laundry lock box code is 0219. 6- Free Parking is open street parking alongside Roseland Ave and Morton Ave. 7- Beach towels are provided and located in the laundry room along with a beach blanket. Please we just ask that each guest after use washes and dries the towels and places the beach blanket back in laundry room for all to enjoy. There is also a beach bag that doubles as a cooler to be able to carry all you need!

Additional Information for Your Stay: • Parking: Free street parking is available directly in front of the property. • Garbage: Bins are located at the far end of the building. No need to worry about taking them out—we’ll handle placing them curbside for pickup on Tuesdays and Fridays. • Laundry: The laundry room is shared between both units and is located on the first floor of the building. Feel free to use it at your convenience. • Extra Cleaning Services: If you’d like additional cleanings during your stay, we work with a trusted professional cleaning crew. Services are available for an additional fee, and we’ll be happy to provide you with direct contact information upon check-in.
