If guest brings pet without prior approval a $500 penalty will be charged and reservation can be cancelled without any reimbursement. 5- laundry area is located in kitchen. Please make sure after every use the lint filter is cleaned out. 6- Tv’s streaming only, there is no cable tv. You have access to all internet channels and tv channels provided. 7-Free Parking on Property Driveway. Please park in front of your unit. 8- Beach towels are provided and located in the laundry room area along with a beach blanket. 9- Mop, vacuum, ironing board and iron are located in the guest bedroom closet. 10- chimney is not functional. 11- please keep a/c at least at 74 degrees. Not higher as it can get warmer due to the flat ceiling. Due to government regulations, all guests must provide additional ID verification after booking.
